You may have noticed that sometimes the aircraft you originally booked online is not the aircraft you actually fly. This can happen due to maintenance, need for a specific aircraft for spin or IFR training, for a maintenance need when trying to plan and avoid multiple aircraft timing out at once, or an array of other reasons. As renters we do appreciate that you book an aircraft at times for specific reasons. What we are asking is that if that is the case, please make a note of it in the remarks so that we are all aware you can’t don’t want to be moved (legitimate reason– not due to having a favorite please)
We also ask that you check with dispatch or the current online schedule prior to heading out for a walk around to ensure you have the correct plane. Thank you for your understanding and if you have any questions please speak with either Justin or Sophia.
